Class Descriptions
Tiny Tigers
Ages 4-7, M & W 4:00pm - 4:40pm
Our Tiny Tigers Taekwondo class is specially designed for young children, introducing them to martial arts in a fun and playful environment. With age-appropriate activities, kids learn foundational Taekwondo techniques, coordination, and balance while also developing important life skills like listening, respect, and teamwork. Our caring instructors ensure every class is filled with positive reinforcement, games, and activities that keep little ones engaged and excited to learn. It’s the perfect start for young martial artists to build confidence, focus, and a love for physical activity.
Teen & Adult Program
Ages 12+, M & W 5:30pm - 6:45pm
Our Teen and Adult Taekwondo classes provide an empowering and dynamic environment where students can build strength, enhance flexibility, and refine their martial arts skills. The classes focus on traditional Taekwondo techniques, including kicks, forms, and self-defense, while also emphasizing mental discipline, respect, and perseverance. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our program is designed to challenge you at your own pace, helping you improve fitness, gain confidence, and achieve your goals. Join us for a supportive and motivating experience that promotes both physical and personal growth.
Youth Program
Ages 7-12, M & W 4:30pm - 5:25pm
Our Youth Taekwondo Program is designed especially for new martial artists, introducing them to the exciting world of martial arts in a fun and supportive environment. Students will learn the basics of Taekwondo, including kicks, strikes, and forms, while also building important life skills like respect, focus, and perseverance. Our experienced instructors create a positive atmosphere where children can develop their physical abilities and make new friends. The Youth Program is the perfect way to set your child on the path to lifelong health, confidence, and martial arts excellence.
Saturday Sparring
Ages 7+, 2 Saturdays a month
Our Saturday Sparring classes offer an intensive and dynamic training experience focused on developing the techniques, agility, and strategic thinking necessary for effective sparring. These sessions emphasize real-time application of Taekwondo skills in a controlled, competitive environment. Participants will learn and practice various offensive and defensive maneuvers, improve their timing, footwork, and distance control, and build the mental resilience required for sparring. Safety is our top priority — all drills are conducted under strict supervision, and personal safety gear is required.
Women’s Self Defense
Ages 12+, Seasonal Events (FREE to the public) or as a Private Session
Our Women’s Self-Defense class is designed to empower and equip participants with practical techniques and strategies to enhance personal safety and confidence. This class covers essential self-defense skills, including effective strikes, escapes, and awareness strategies tailored to real-life situations. Emphasizing both physical and mental preparedness, our experienced instructors teach practical methods for defending against common threats while also fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Through hands-on drills and simulations, participants will gain the confidence and skills needed to protect themselves and respond effectively in challenging situations.
